Greenwich Town Party 2020 Heroes Campaign

There is no better time than to acknowledge the real-life heroes living or working in Greenwich. For the past six years, the Greenwich Town Party has hosted a Heroes Campaign for residents to nominate someone who goes above and beyond, inspires others and has had a positive impact on the community. This year, as the community faces challenging and unprecedented times, the GTP is looking to honor the people who are giving back in extraordinary ways. From grocery shopping and pharmacy stops for seniors to raising funds for hospitals, food banks and families in need, Greenwich is coming together and displaying acts of kindness and courage every day. read more...

Greenwich Town Party Postponed

The following statement from Ray Rivers, Co-President, Greenwich Town Party was sent to the Greenwich Sentinel.
“After careful consideration and in close coordination with local health authorities and the First Selectman’s office, it has been decided that the 10th annual Greenwich Town Party will be postponed from Saturday, May 23 to a Saturday in August. The health, safety and best interests of the Greenwich community, musicians and event partners are our top priority.

We are communicating with all of our bands to confirm our new date, and we are confident that we will provide an outstanding lineup filled with amazing musicians. We will keep everyone updated as it evolves.

Once we decide on a new date and additional details, we will email each ticket holder and announce via social media about how to handle his/her ticket. If a ticket holder can no longer attend, he/she will be issued a full refund.
We thank our loyal community for their patience and understanding as we work on the details of rescheduling the Greenwich Town Party.

We encourage everyone to support each other and stay safe and healthy.  Come August, we will have an even more important reason to throw a party — not only to share great music, food and fun, but to come together and celebrate our strong and generous community. “
