Nonprofit ‘Nurtures Seeds of Opportunity’ at Luncheon

Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s Fund for Women & Girls hosted hundreds of friends and supporters from Connecticut and beyond at their 18th Annual Luncheon held at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich April 26. Impact Fairfield County Kicks-Off First Grant Year

On Oct. 14, Impact Fairfield County held its Fall Meeting to kick-off its inaugural grant year at the Innis Arden Golf Club. More than 75 women attended the event to hear from speakers Wendy Steele, original founder of the Impact model, and Juanita James, CEO of Fairfield County’s Community Foundation. Both speakers discussed the need for this new women’s collective giving circle and the transformational change that Impact Fairfield County will have on the community.
