There are so many things going on beneath the surface for all of us, that feels far more than what has been normal.
We invite you to join us in seeking God’s justice as we act against racism and for reconciliation in our nation.
We have all found ourselves in a situation that is highlighting just how little control we really have and we want it back.
While I watched my five-year-old play in water that was far too cold, I realized that I wished I had what he did in that moment. This child-like enthusiasm that didn’t care about anyone else and was solely set on just being the best version of myself that I could. Why do I repress myself based on what others think so much and what can I do to be more comfortable in my own skin?
When God doesn’t give us what we want, does it mean that God doesn’t love us or isn’t listening to us? Or could it mean that God has a bigger perspective than we have and actually wants to give us something better than what we are asking for?
