When we last left you at the end of the decade in December 2019, sales were down 11% for the year and were down 26% in the month of December. But all was not lost our contracts at year-end were up 41%, which boded well for the beginning of the new decade.

In the Greenwich real estate market, we have over 1000 members of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, but there are probably only about 200 that do the very large majority of all the deals each year. What had been a bad year is turning in to a good year for the Greenwich real estate market. Our months of supply is back to normal, however overpricing is still a major problem.
