New Course Set for Kids in Crisis’ ‘Navigators KIC It’

Kids in Crisis Receives Check from Whole Foods

Kids in Crisis was the recipient of $5,370.17 from Whole Foods Market Greenwich. The store, located at 90 East Putnam Avenue, designated Kids in Crisis as beneficiary of its 5% Giving Day held Jan. 14. Five percent of all purchases made that day were given to the Cos Cob-based children’s shelter and community resource, which recently announced a cut in $750,000 of funding from the State of Connecticut. Whole Foods Market Greenwich representatives presented Kids in Crisis with a check on Feb. 24, and cooked dinner for the children in residence.
