The second and third ate June 3 and June 10\, from 9:30 – 10:30am at the Seaside Garden. If it is rainy on any of the class dates\, we will meet at Innis Arden Cottage.We will post a sign at the Entry Gate if the location shifts to Innis Arden Cottage. \nDr. Nancy Boksenbaum\, a local Mindfulness teacher\, will lead the class to help you more fully appreciate nature and all the Point has to offer.
