Town of Greenwich Earth Day Celebration

The Greenwich Conservation Commission and its partner conservation organizations in Town invite everyone in Greenwich to take part in a ‘one minute of bells initiative’ to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. All manner of bells will begin ringing at exactly twelve noon on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 – Earth Day. We can all still connect with each other in spirit and sound during time at home. Historical Society Brings the Best of Greenwich History Online

In this difficult time, Greenwich Historical Society will be continuing its mission of preserving and interpreting Greenwich History to strengthen the community’s connection to our past, to each other and to our future. ‘The Greatest Show’ Raises Funds for Childhood Cancer Research

The Ty Louis Campbell Foundation (TLC), a nonprofit organization that funds pediatric research, raised more than $100,000 at its seventh annual gala, a vintage circus-themed fundraiser to benefit childhood cancer research.  The sold-out event was hosted on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Greenwich, CT. read more...
