Bridges by EPOCH & Waterstone to Host Memory Loss vs. Aging Session

Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk and Waterstone on High Ridge announce an upcoming community educational session, “Is It Normal Aging or Memory Loss?”. The program will take place on Thursday, April 30 at 4 p.m. at The Wallace Center, located at 299 Greenwich Avenue.

As we age, it is common to experience minor lapses in memory, but distinguishing these from more serious cognitive decline is vital for early intervention. This presentation aims to provide clarity and empower families with the knowledge to identify red flags and understand the nuances of brain health.
