First Grade Girl Scout Daisy Troop 50387 at New Lebanon School participated in the Veterans Day celebration at New Lebanon school on Veterans Day November 10, 2023.
All students honored seven veterans who visited the school and spoke about their experieces, New Lebanon students performed a song, and the first grade Girl Scout Daisies presented handmade cards that the entire school helped to create to personally thank each veteran for their service.
Troop 50387 is a daisy first grade troop comprised of 13 students, active parent volunteers and is led by New Leb mom Colleen Wood-Smith.
