The Pemberwick Glenville Association’s is gearing up for its 15th annual Party in the Park “Valley Jam” festival.
The event is set for Saturday, September 24 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm at the Western Greenwich Civic Center.
Valley Jam is a grassroots free admission celebration that brings the community together to support local businesses and non profits. The day includes dance performances, cheer, music, food trucks, raffle prizes, giveaways, kids activities including “Big Kahuna slide!” and a showcase of local businesses and non profits.
This year the focus will be on the Glenville Beautification Project and working toward making Pemberwick and Glenville an official stop on the pollinator pathway.
Live Bands will include School of Rock Greenwich, CT Army National Guard Band Ripchord, and Billy and the Showmen.
A free shuttle by TAG will run from 200 Pemberwick Rd (parking lot at the corner of Comly Ave and Pemberwick Rd to the Civic Center.
