05:00 pm @ Greenwich Audubon Center on Zoom, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich

Explore the many ways you can help birds and make them feel at home with bird feeders, birdbaths, birdhouses, and beyond!

Did you know you can build your own bird feeder at home? Join Greenwich Audubon Center and learn how you can do this with birdfeeder kits, or even just by reusing some household items such as milk cartons! In this online program, we will show you various fun and creative ways to build feeders at home, and demonstrate how to assemble a wooden bird feeder that you can purchase in advance, so that you can construct your feeder at home while you watch with us! We will also discuss the benefits of and tips for including birdbaths, birdhouses, and other beneficial bird features in your yard.

Bird Feeder Kit: If you’d like to purchase a bird feeder kit to accompany your ticket, please choose the ticket option that includes this. Please note, the kits are available for local curbside pickup ONLY. If you don’t purchase the feeder kit now, this program will be available to view later, so you can always go back to view how to construct a feeder at another time. You can also enjoy viewing the program without a feeder kit to get inspiration!

Program Fee: Several ticket levels available (starting at $15 per ticket)

Nature enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels are welcome
