The public is invited to the 11th Annual Sacred Heart Film Festival and first ever Virtual Film Festival. This year’s theme is “Une Nuit a Paris.” Tune in to watch films by 76 Upper School Broadcast and Filmmaking students from Sacred Heart Greenwich’s award-winning program.

Join this Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17 online at 7 p.m. Thursday night will showcase Public Service Announcements and Documentaries. Friday night will showcase Experimental and Creative films.

How to watch the Virtual Film Festival

  1. At 7 p.m., watch the student films on our Film Festival website: shgreenwich.org/filmfestival
  2. At 8 p.m., click on our Zoom webinar link to watch the live awards:  https://zoom.us/j/94296540397
  3. Follow along @lightscameraheart for giveaways and updates on both nights.

Audience members can participate from home by voting for their favorite films via an online poll. Each night will run approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Movies are recommended for ages 13+.

The Broadcast Journalism program at Sacred Heart Greenwich is one of the School’s signature programs. Our students regularly win awards at local, national, and international levels. More than 100 alumnae who have graduated from our program are now working in communications, television, filmmaking, marketing, or social media.

The event is free.
