Effective Monday, March 30th, Neighbor to Neighbor will temporarily move its operations to the Arch Street Teen Center.
The Clothing room remains closed until further notice.
In a statement on their website, the organization, which provides food to those in need, “because of COVID-19 , the people we serve at Neighbor to Neighbor Food Pantry are at extreme risk because of loss of income and increased food insecurity. We are committed to providing food for them. We anticipate significant increase of neighbors needing assistance with food.”
By using the space at the Arch Street Teen Center they will have great room to accept donation and provide food for their clients, while at the same time allowing for social distancing.
Neighbor to Neighbor is also seeking financial donations so they may purchase food. For every dollar donated they are able to purchase $2.50 of bulk food. For more information, please visit their website at www.ntngreenwich.org.
