Schwarzenegger Pratt Headlines Center for HOPE Luncheon

familycenters-fi

The Center for HOPE welcomes Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt as the speaker for its 2020 Annual Luncheon on Thursday, March 12. The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Country Club of Darien.

Schwarzenegger Pratt’s new book, ‘The Gift of Forgiveness: Inspiring Stories from Those Who Have Overcome the Unforgivable’, provides perspective on what it means to forgive, use forgiveness as a tool to accept and move forward, be more compassionate, release challenging emotions and be unafraid to forgive.

Alongside the first-hand accounts from Elizabeth Smart, the mother of a Columbine shooting victim and 20 others, Schwarzenegger Pratt shares her own thoughts on forgiveness and applies the lessons of others to her own journey.

The 2020 Center for HOPE Luncheon is co-chaired by Ashley Fox of Greenwich, Lindsay Rogers of Darien and Nicki Rose of Greenwich. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Center for HOPE and The Den for Grieving Kids, Family Centers’ programs offering counseling and support to residents of lower Fairfield County coping with a loss, a critical illness or life-altering circumstance.

Tickets start at $150 and are available at familycenters.org/product/Center-for-HOPE-Luncheon. Several sponsorship opportunities – which include a semi-private reception with Schwarzenegger Pratt – are also available. A copy of her book will be included with each ticket purchase.
