Greenwich Police Investigating Sudden Death of Man in Mianus River Park

Greenwich Police are investigating the sudden death of a man in Mianus River Park, according to an announcement from the department over this past weekend.

Hikers came upon a white male in his 60’s deceased on a trail in the Greenwich side of the park on Saturday, June 8.

A preliminary investigation has determined that there is no threat to the public. The cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
