On Monday, April 29 at 6:30 p.m. at Arch Street, Women United will host their inaugural event. CT Women’s United was formed to address the need for women to gather and engage in dialogue concerning some of the critical issues facing the families in our state.

Participants will hear from the following dynamic speakers:

  • State Representative Themis Klarides, House Republican Leader
  • Susan Bevan, past Co-chair for the Republican Majority for Choice
  • Marietta Lee, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of The Lee Company
  • Introduction by State Representative Livvy Floren, 14th District

There will be time to ask questions and voice opinions. These women are boots on the ground, involved and will share their experience; in government, in the nonprofit world and in running a business.

The event is open to all women of all ages and party affiliations and free of charge, but please RSVP to CTWomenUnited@gmail.com
