Community Health Forum is April 2

Greenwich Hospital, Greenwich Community Health Improvement Partnership (GCHIP), Greenwich Department of Health and the Council of Community Services (CCS) will hold a community public forum on Tuesday, April 2 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at the Greenwich Town Hall, 101 Field Point Rd.

The purpose of the forum is to review the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) along with the outcomes of local health and wellbeing needs that were identified in the recent Connecticut DataHaven Wellbeing Survey. The survey includes results of five community conversations that were conducted in NY and CT.

The goals are to discuss the identified health priorities, which include promoting healthy lifestyles, mental health and access to care, in addition to gathering input on the Community Health Improvement Plans and Implementation Strategies identified for 2019-2022.
