Community Invited to ‘MoveMeMonday’

Join The Linda W. Daniel Foundation and the YMCA of Greenwich on Monday, Feb. 4 as they open the doors to the community for #MoveMeMonday, and to bring the fight to cancer as a community.

In addition to the Monday schedule – beat the cold and try one of the following classes to earn your beats: Spin with Lamont, 8 a.m.; Zumba with Kellz, 9 a.m.; Turbo Spin with Brandon, 10 a.m.; Vinyasa Yoga with Francesca, 11 a.m.

Stop by the information table to post your beats, share Who Do You Move 4?, fuel your beats with RISE coffee and enter your name for giveaways from Athleta, Garage Cotton, and personal training sessions at the YMCA.

The Linda W. Daniel Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to cancer prevention awareness. LWDF creates unique programs designed to challenge the athlete in you while supporting those who need our help.

Move Me Monday (MMM) is a LWDF initiative designed to help raise cancer prevention awareness, funds to support leading cancer organizations, and promote a more active lifestyle. For every mile participants run, walk, bike, swim, etc. or 15 minutes they exercise each Monday participants earn 1 beat. For every beat shared via their social media channels or website, LWDF raises $1 to support Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on a one-for-one basis. Anyone anywhere can participate.
