Art For Awareness, a club at Greenwich High School, is hosting a silent charity auction of professional and student art with all proceeds going to Neighbor to Neighbor. The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Round Hill Community House.

This idea was first thought up by Boris Ardemasov, a senior at GHS this year, an avid artist who wanted to create a change in the community, and now has over fourteen professional artists committed to donate works. Antonio Munoz, Gail Bell, and Don Wunderlee are just some of the few artists who have donated their pieces to the event.

At the event, attendees will be treated to live music played by a high school Jazz group, catering, conversations with the artists and an opportunity to purchase a work of art all while helping a great cause. Neighbor to Neighbor offers unparalleled direct help to the communities of Greenwich, Stamford and Port Chester.

The cost is $10 per person. For more information, contact 203-832-3349 or ghsart4awareness@gmail.com or visit ghsart4awareness.wixsite.com/website
