The Connecticut Office of the Arts has awarded one of its “Supporting Arts in Place” grants to The Chamber Players of the Greenwich Symphony. These grants are given to eligible arts organizations and municipal arts offices to strengthen the state’s nonprofit arts industry.

Christine Boies, president of The Chamber Players, comments, “We are very pleased to have been selected as one of four arts organizations in our town to receive this recognition from the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, Office of the Arts. Our musicians and the members of our volunteer board work very hard to bring exceptional chamber music to our audiences and we are currently planning our 47th season for 2018-2019! This grant recognizes the valuable contribution of The Chamber Players to the performing arts in our wider community and our state.”

The next concerts of the current season are on March 18 and 19 and on April 29 and 30.
