The Department of Parks and Recreation announces that Soul’d Again Motown Band will be performing at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park on Wednesday, Aug. 9 from 7:15 to 8:45 p.m. The rain date is Thursday, Aug. 10.
Soul’d Again is a nine-piece band covering popular Motown and Stax hits, plus soul and funk classics. The band was formed to offer music lovers an authentic tribute to the artists and songs that defined a generation.
Soul’d Again will have you dancing and singing along to songs immortalized by Wilson Pickett, Sam & Dave, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, James Brown and The Isley Brothers, to name a few.
