Adopt-A-Dog will be holding an Open House Saturday, July 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Several pets are looking for a home, and everyone is invited to visit them at 23 Cox Ave., Armonk, N.Y., and find a new best friend.

Adopt-A-Dog will be holding two more events, “Clear The Shelters,” which is a nationwide adoption day in August; and their popular “Puttin’ On The Dog” on Sept. 17, at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich. This annual festival doubles as a fund-raiser and an adoption event for multiple shelters in the surrounding area. “Puttin’ On The Dog” is an event for all ages, with music, vendors, demonstrations, competitions and activities for dogs and pet lovers.

The shelter is also looking for foster homes, volunteers, sponsors and donations.
