Frank R. Caruso, 69, of Otis, Mass., formerly of Greenwich and Great Barrington, Mass., passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 14.
Frank was born in Greenwich on Dec. 9, 1947, to the late Charles and Angelina Mellilo Caruso. He was a graduate of Greenwich High School and Norwalk Community College.
Frank proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He served as a police officer for the town of Greenwich for 23 years and then for the town of Otis for 10 years.
Frank leaves behind his life-partner, Barbara Walther; three sons, Daniel (Alisa), Thomas (Dawn), and Clifford (Jennifer); his sister, Francis Caruso; and eight grandchildren: Jack, Sophie, Patrick, Kyle, Zachary, Brooke, Ryder and Owen.
Visitation will be held today—Friday, April 21—from 4 to 7 p.m. at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Rd. #3, Greenwich. Burial will be private.
