Three of Greenwich’s top commercial real estate agents have recently joined Lincoln Property Company (LPC), the leading national commercial real estate firm based in Dallas, Tex.

Tom Ashforth, Nathaniel Barnum, and Jesse “Sam” F. Sammis III will comprise the executive team of the new regional office as senior vice presidents. Morgan Lewis joins as an associate and Colleen Cahn as marketing assistant, rounding out the team.

Each of these industry leaders have come together in order to form a regional office of commercial expertise that will expand LPC’s reach both in Fairfield and Westchester counties.

Under its umbrella, the group will specialize in Agency Leasing, Tenant Representation, Investment Sales and Property Management.

LPC, one of the largest, most respected and diversified real estate service firms in the U.S., is the only national real estate company to rank concurrently in the top 10 lists of management/ownership of office, industrial and multi-family.

The firm has $30 billion in assets under management and 395 management offices nationwide.

Their client roster includes industry leaders such as Stone Point Capital, LLC Deloitte, Wells Fargo Bank NA., First Reserve Corp., Hines, PNC Bank, U.B. Properties, Inc. and much more.

Barnum and Ashforth, both Greenwich natives and longtime friends, share a passion for the business and great enthusiasm for what the future holds.

“Our team has an incredible personal history and/or knowledge of almost every building in this community and its tenants over the years.  We are excited for this new venture,” said Barnum.

They also both come from quite successful lineages of real estate mavericks, on the development side as well as the architectural front.

Ashforth, a fourth generation real estate veteran has more than 30 years of experience.   He spearheaded the Connecticut brokerage office at Transwestern and ran all northeast acquisitions at The Ashforth Company for quite some time.

Ashforth’s family constructed lucrative real estate properties in town such as One and Two Greenwich Plaza, 3001 Stamford Square at the top of Summer Street, known as “Bull’s Head,” as well as a number of residential buildings on Milbank Avenue.

Barnum, who successfully co-managed the commercial real estate entity of New England Land Company for decades, also comes from two generations of Greenwich architects.

His father and grandfather designed Pickwick Plaza, One Lafayette Place and also developed 20 Horeseneck Lane (home to Stone Point Capital LLC) and The Boys and Girls Club, located at 4 Horseneck Lane.

Sammis has more than 50 years of stellar commercial and residential development experience under his belt, after forming his company, New England Land Company, Ltd., in 1971.

Each agent brings with them years of integrity, industry knowledge and long-standing client relationships, which will only be leveraged with the vast national resources and support of LPC behind them.

“Greenwich real estate is all about the people, the companies we work with, and the solid relationships we have developed over the years,” said Ashforth.

“We all share the vision of a collaborative team to make this a win-win for all of us,” added Ashforth.

The Greenwich office is located at 135 East Putnam Avenue. Call (203) 869-9001 or visit lpc.com for more information.
