Jonathan Bardzik, storyteller, cook and author will be at McArdle’s Florist and Garden Center Tuesday, May 24 at 7 p.m. for a cooking demonstration.
He will be sharing recipes featuring the best flavors of local spring and summer harvest. Author of two cookbooks and a popular speaker, Jonathan brings his passion to connect gardening and cooking. All his recipes feature ingredients you can grow yourself or purchase in local farmers markets. Learn new recipes and techniques to make the most of your own homegrown food.
A $15 fee covers the cost of the demonstration, tasting and recipe cards. Participants will also receive 15% off everything they need to plant their own edible spring garden – vegetables, herbs, fruits and organic soils.
