Super Noggin Program Focuses on Brain Health

The Commission on Aging, in cooperation with the Greenwich Senior Center is focusing on Brain Health and is introducing “Super Noggin” to the community. Super Noggin is a comprehensive program offering a multi-faceted approach to learn and practice brain-healthy habits and track individual progress.

Super Noggin includes educational and motivational workshops; meditation and memory exercises, and nutritional guidance.

The course will begin on Thursday, April 7 at 5:30 p.m., at the Senior Center and on Friday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m., at Greenwich Library.

Cost for the eight-week session is $20 and includes workbook and all handouts. Please make checks payable to the Friends of the Greenwich Senior Center. Seats are limited.
