Round Hill Community Church and the YWCA of Greenwich, will host a Domestic Abuse Forum on Sunday, Jan. 10 at 11:30 a.m. at the church. Join Adrianne Singer, President and CEO of YWCA Greenwich, and Meredith Gold, Director of YWCA Domestic Abuse Services, to learn how domestic violence affects our community. YWCA Greenwich, the only licensed provider of domestic violence services in our community, has treated thousands of victims for 35 years. All services, including shelter, 24/7 hotline, adult and child counseling, criminal and civil court services, and education, are free.

Topics to be discussed at the forum include understanding the basics of domestic abuse, how to help a friend or family member, what services are available and how to get involved. If you know someone who needs immediate help, please have her or him call the 24/7 Hotline: 203-622-0003.

The Round Hill Community Church is located at 395 Round Hill Road. The forum is free: Complimentary childcare will be available with a reservation made by Jan. 7. For more information or to reserve childcare, visit roundhillcommunitychurch.org or call 203-869-1091.
