It’s a winter wonderland at the Greenwich Hyatt for the Junior League of Greenwich’s annual Enchanted Forest.

“It is a wonderful family event. We do gingerbread houses and trees. We have lots of holiday entertainment and boutique vendors,” said Junior League President Alessandra Messineo Long.

“Our trees come in donated by the community members. They are then bid on or bought out-right,” said co-chair Brynn John.

Each Christmas tree is a little different- some are just beautifully decorated while others are adorned with donated gifts. All of the proceeds go towards the Junior League’s projects within the community,

“We also give out community grants and scholarships to children,” said Messineo Long.

And the event co-chairs say there are still tickets left for Saturday night’s gala.

“That is starting at 7:00. There is a silent auction, live band, ice luge. We’ve got it all,” said co-chair Heather Woodbridge.

You can come check out he Enchanted Forest on Saturday until 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
