It is July in Greenwich and you know what that means, sidewalk sales are back on Greenwich Avenue.
“We encourage everyone to get out and shop local,” said Marcia O’Kane, President of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
Theres over 150 stores participating in the downtown area and people come from all over for the sales.
“People come from Long Island, in fact three sisters just said they are staying overnight. We’ve got people from Boston and we have people from all over the Westchester and Connecticut area,” said O’Kane.
The Greenwich Sidewalk Sales go through Sunday.
