Ten Greenwich Council boys scouts have just made the transition to
Eagle Scout.
These Eagle Scouts had to pass strict requirements to get to this rank.
They had to be active in their troops for six months after achieving
the rank of Life Scout, had to earn 21 merit badges, and do a
community service project.
